Our eyewear is crafted with 18k gold. Due to the nature of the materials and variations in lighting, minor differences in product appearance may occur.

All prices are listed in AED and include applicable taxes.

Payments can be made using Visa or MasterCard credit cards. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.

Shipping is currently available only within the UAE. Free shipping is offered within Dubai, while additional charges apply to other Emirates.

Once an order is placed, an estimated delivery date will be sent via email. The average delivery time is 7 days, but delays may occur due to external factors beyond our control.

We do not offer returns. However, exchanges are allowed within 7 days of purchase, provided the product is in pristine condition and returned in its original packaging.

Exchanges are subject to availability and may incur price variations based on the replacement item.

ORO Bespoke is not liable for any indirect damages, delays, or issues caused by external factors, including but not limited to customs, couriers, or natural events.
